CILT Ireland To Host EUROLOG 2022

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Ireland (CILT) is delighted to announce they will be hosting the EUROLOG 2022 conference on behalf of the European Logistics Association (ELA) in Dublin this year. The theme of the conference is, ‘Growing the Supply Chain Sector Sustainably.’

EUROLOG is hosted by major European cities every year with previous conferences taking place in Marrakesh, Athens, Bucharest, Poznan and Lisbon to name a few.

Given the challenges faced to the supply chain sector globally as a result of the past two years and the ongoing effects of the crisis in Ukraine, now more than ever is the opportune moment for both CILT and ELA to come together to reflect on the lessons we have learned over the last couple of years and collaborate on strategies for growing the supply chain sector sustainably.

EUROLOG will provide academics, practitioners, and policy makers with the opportunity to come together, network and draw out lessons of interest from different countries and engage in cross national dialogue.

The three-day conference will take place 13th -15th September at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire. Two days of the conference will cover insightful plenary session and breakout sessions from academic and industry experts alike with the third day allowing delegates to explore educational deep dive workshops in areas such as digitalisation, customs, data analytics and last mile logistics to name a few. The EUROLOG agenda will also include an enticing social program to allow the opportunity to network and engage socially over the course of the week.

CILT are delighted to announce Professor Martin Christopher, author of Logistics and Supply Chain Management as the keynote speaker of the EUROLOG Conference.
